Delivery was way longer than expected -over a week, which nowadays feels too long. Also, the packaging and product presentation was poor. Primadonna is a quality brand with a price tag to match. All the bra boxes looked as though they’d been opened several times before and kicked around. Unfortunately this impacted my opinion of the company even though the bras themselves are great. If I was Primadonna I wouldn’t be impressed with how my product was presented to the customer as a first impression.
