“The prices are great for my PrimaDonna Deauville bras, and the items themselves are perfect. Posting was slow - it took nearly 3 weeks for my bras to arrive after ordering - and the packaging wasn't great, as the boxes were crushed, but thankfully that didn't damage the bras.”

“The products seem good and the prices are reasonable. Love the free shipping even on return because all bras fit different and need to be tried on. My only complaint is how slow the entire process is. Shipping has always taken longer than specified, even just the dispatch time. Refunds take a long time too. But customer service is great.”

“1. I thought the delivery timing was a little slow on my order and updated emails of the order. 2. I returned some bras and it took quite a long time for acknowledgement of the return and the money back into my account. Will still use your company as your prices and choice of Fantasie bras very good. It does make me hesitate next time though for ordering and the return process. Your phone line is never answered so all done via email.”
