“We have bought our bird food from Brinvale for any years and wouldn't go anywhere else.The food is high quality and our birds live it,we buy game food as we have many wild pheasants visit,peanuts,seed,and suet trays,for the other garden visitors including woodpeckers,tits,sparrows and chaffinches.The order always arrives the following day. Very happy customers”

“The birdfood is excellent. However the delivery was so bad I may not buy from Brinvale again. DPD left the heavy packages at an empty house that was easy to get to. I am disabled. I need things brought to my door or even inside. A neighbour eventually brought the cartons down with a trolley and carried them up into my house for storage. Why could not DPD have done that. I have just had another delivery to my daughter which used DPD. 300 miles away. Again, delivered to somewhere nearby.”

“Ordered a Richmond Rocking chair and Table. Price was amazing and only £5.50 delivery. Beautiful quality and delivered next day as promised. I called to ask a question about the chair. The staff were wonderful. The packages were well packed. Free sunflower bird food too. I cannot speak more highly about the service provided. 5 Stars.”

“I am very pleased with the bird seed/ peanuts/ niger seed. I do feel that the package, which this time weighed 29kg is beyond what should be expected of the delivery driver. ( He was friendly, efficient and made no complaint). I do try to order seed and nuts at different times. Thank you.”
