“I am very pleased with the bird seed/ peanuts/ niger seed. I do feel that the package, which this time weighed 29kg is beyond what should be expected of the delivery driver. ( He was friendly, efficient and made no complaint). I do try to order seed and nuts at different times. Thank you.”

“Re:swan and duck food. Recent change : birds like it but it's crumbling away in the sack. Hope you can go back to the original recipe as a fair bit of this one is just dust. Having said that I think the baby moorhens are managing it more easily.”

“We purchased swan & duck food which is reasonably priced and the swans love it. We will be buying more. The free samples of bird food received mixed reviews from the garden birds and animals - the high energy mix was eaten very quickly whereas the mixed bird seed sample hung around for a while. This was surprising because the seed looked very good quality. We will be trying different combinations from Brinvale.”

“The mixed suet pellets arrived safely and to our surprise packed in four separate bags which is a bonus. The birds certainly thought all the birthdays had come at once, so thank you.”

“Excellent quality of bird food. Fair pricing. Only downside was DPD. Order came in 2 boxes and boxes were delivered over two separate days.”

“Arrived swiftly and is as advertised. Better than other bird food that I have bought in the past. Little waste. Even though the cost is greater,with so little waste it works out cheaper As I was cleaning up at least 25% of the other food.”

“I am pleased my sister told me about Brinvale Bird Foods. She has been buying from you for years. she gets squirrel food and Calci worms for the hedgehogs as well. I am pleased my sister told me about Brinvale Bird Foods. She has been buying from you for years ,She gets Calci worms for the hedgehogs and all kinds of bird seed., including Swan food to feed the swans and ducks at Colliers Wood, Nottinghamshire. She got talking to a woman who was also feeding the swans and said this is good Swan food I get mine from Brinvale - and the womas said "So do I " !! Now I have been getting my bird food from you for about 10 years and I would not go anywhere else, it is good quality food.. Thank you. !”

“Duck food was excellent and good pricing compared to another brand on Amazon. Delivery was quick too. Was supposed to receive a free bird seed sample but that was not in the delivery.”

“The sparrows love most of the seed but tend to throw some out for the wood pigeons and the only problem we have is when it's on the ground grass or wheat starts to grow with whats left but overall they love it and delivery is very quick we go through a lot”

“The actual fat is fine, but I have complained about the packaging before. It is extremely difficult to remove and your fingers can get cut on the sharp edges, apart from getting covered in fat. A new softer covering would be better.”

“Thanks for good service. Well boxed and free tea bag. Unfortunately I didn’t get the free sample of bird seed but vouchers for next time so all good. Nice to support them. Swallow nest well make.”

“Brinvale excellent as ever. Quick and efficient service. But the courier service from dpd is awful. For a carrier who once were good, this is the latest poor experience. The delivery was dumped on the roadside outside the gate to our drive. My partner had to manhandle the delivery up the drive at 8:30 at night. These boxes are not light. Brinvale need to address this weak link otherwise it makes ordering for delivery pointless”
