“You have a great company, which sells a solid product at a very fair price ($200 cheaper than my local stores). While I may have to wait for priority shipping to expedite it, the savings were significantly worth it. The ease of use of the website and navigation was easy, and the team’s level of customer service is prompt and extremely courteous. I have shared this website link with friends and family since ordering, and I will probably be doing another order here soon out of principle. It’s important to support small box businesses, and it’s just as important to feel supported by them as well. I will definitely be back. Also if your LE/MIL, you get a discount. I didn’t know this at the time, but will use that for the future.”

“Bought the PGD ARCH from them. The website had a lead time of 6-8 weeks. They emailed me in a very timely manner and advised how long it was going to take; they estimated as soon as the end of February. A couple days later I got an update that it would ship soon. I was also dreading the hassle of dealing with USPS, but they shipped it priority, which was free. Just a couple days later I have the pot. Courteous and professional. Although the business cannot always have control over supply, they exceeded expectations. The price was very fair as well.”

“Everything went smoothly, no problems. Sites well made and easy to navigate, lots of detailed information with out pulling your chain and jerking you around. “Great company. Super fast customer service with any questions about my order and they sent a message actually typed by a person not a form letter with generic information. Shipping was fast, received my items in less than a week. This is the second purchase I made from the Bulletproof Zone website and when I need to buy any equipment they are the first site I go to. Even when I buy AR500 stuff I would rather buy it from BPZ than I would the AR500 website. Not that there's anything wrong with AR500 I just like the variety bulletproof zone has and can find stuff I like more than what I was originally looking for. I tell all of my friends so I;ll tell you, someone I've never met, if you need armor or accessories check the BPZ website first.”

“i ordered 2 of these vests, the bullet proof one , and they said due the nature of this item returns are unacceptable, in the manufacturing step , they informed me via the email that one of the vests will take a lil longer than expected and they asked me if that's okay , i answered i can't wait for that one to take longer so they canceled it and returned it's full cost to me, another thing when i was purchasing something happened and it just didn't work , a bit later The CEO himself contacted me and help me finish the Purchase, and they even applied a Cupon after i completely finished the payment , i recommended BulletProof Zone , amazing staff, amazing Products, and im %100 sure that i will order again and again from them , with all love and respect”
