“I ordered this oil first time and I am not satisfy with the product. The packaging was damaged when I received it. Pump is not working I had to pour oil in a different bottle and wasted some oil in the process.”

They took weeks to get back to me and only offered me a 15% refund and haven’t bothered to send me a new bottle. It was a gift to a friend. So disappointed. Will never be buying from here again. “The hair oil is nice but i do think it’s a bit heavy for daily use, my ends didn’t seem to love it as much although i love the fact that the ingredients are so clean in all erim products.
The shampoo is lovely although i wish the conditioner was a bit more thicker i felt like i had to use a lot for my hair to feel coated and moisturised, that may just be because i am prone to dry ends and oily roots, If there were a hair mask from this company i’d be all over it. I spent so long researching ingredients in shampoos and conditioners and really struggled to find any “clean products” this brand caters very well to that giving you peace of mind you’re not potentially damaging your hair further with products that only make your hair feel good temporarily.”
