“If you’re in Canada or the US, I strongly advise against purchasing this oil. The duties and import fees are exorbitant—I ended up paying twice the oil's value just in charges. Additionally, ByErim imposes shipping and handling fees, and when the product arrives, Imports often charge you double the original price for the hair oil. Plenty of alternatives are available at Sephora or smaller companies that offer similar products. Don’t be tempted because you'll spend nearly $200 on a small bottle of hair oil. Save your money!”
“My hair falls out when I use this product. I wasnt sure at first so i tested it, i used fable and mane and then brushed my hair and lost maybe one or two hairs. Then on another occasion i used the by erim oil and oiled my hair, and my hair kept falling out everytime i brushed it and wouldn't stop. Im so sad, and want to warn people this this product may or may not work on your hair..but is it worth the risk when theres better oils out there?”
“I got the scalp scrub, first it took ages for the actual product to come out as the packaging was faulty, weren't the best scrub I've used.
The beard oil has a really unpleasant smell after a while of being used. Feel like these products are way over priced.”
“Oil is too thick and does not smell great. I’ve been using it for 6 months and it’s worse than the £8 oil I’ve been using for years. Bought into the hype but just got ripped off.”
“I ordered this oil first time and I am not satisfy with the product. The packaging was damaged when I received it. Pump is not working I had to pour oil in a different bottle and wasted some oil in the process.”
“By far the WORST customer service! I had a faulty bottle of oil sent to me which leaked everywhere. They took weeks to get back to me and only offered me a 15% refund and haven’t bothered to send me a new bottle. It was a gift to a friend. So disappointed. Will never be buying from here again. It’s all about the money for this company. Nothing else.”
