“Super speedy delivery. Shame about the product. Had to order a 3/8 to 15mm adaptor after first attempt to fit failed. When assembled to the adaptor it leaked, so put in extra washer ptfe tape and sealer tightened down which squashed the rubber washer into the bore and reduced the flow to a trickle. Did'nt leak though. Complete waste of time and money product not fit for purpose so i am still searching for 3/8 through the bath shower hose at least 10mm bore. Cant find one anywhere.”

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience Trevor, but thanks for the review anyway..... We usually add in extra washers and a good tip to prevent the washers scrunching up is to put a spot of washing up liquid on them and they tighten down a treat without any issues. PTFE tape is always a good idea on all the male joints. I think its a bit of a fitting issue you have that's all...... We do sell hundreds of the adapters a month without any issues, so please visit the website - download the returns form and send it back for a refund if you didn't get on with it. Team Byretech

“Good website. Wide range of products. Managed to find a suitable shower head for our new shower on a combi boiler. Much better, wider spray pattern than the original supplied by the plumber with good flow. Very pleased. Easy to place order via website. Item well packaged and prompt delivery”

“Have used Byretech products for over 10 years and been impressed with the quality and durability of their products. Their sealants I have used have performed better than any others I have tried especially for shower trays and baths with no degradation after years of use. Generally more expensive but do the job they are intended to do very well.”
