“Excellent product,clear consise instructions for installation. However the free delivery in the UK is misleading in the website only explaining at the go to pay that it's not free for some areas. A simple solution would to use the Royal Mail for such locations and not a £25 surcharge surprise at the end of the process hence four stars instead of five.”

Sadly we absorb most delivery charges, but your geographic location in Scotland is very expensive to ship to.... Its a courier thing which we can do nothing about, other than part subsidise the delivery which we did. Team Byretech.

“Purchased a straight shower curtain rail with its brackets. Very strong, brackets very heavy duty and they look good. Great, easy to follow instructions for installation, recommend taping a spirit level to the rail as we found that easier to ensure it’s level. Can’t help but think it’s over priced for what it is but it looks good and in comparison to other cheaper rails there’s no doubt it does the job, it’s so sturdy and will buy another when the en-suite is done.”

“I've not installed the rail yet, but it looks nice, came quickly, well packaged. What would be great is if you allowed us to pick and mix pipe elbows, hinge wall mounts, and pipe lengths, though I understand this is likely more hassle than its worth for your buisness. I asked about customising the kit and was turned away. I'll have to swap one of the fittings provided for one I've bought elsewhere, and I didnt need both 2m+1m pipe lengths; I'll be able to get the L shape I need by cutting the 2m pipe into 1.1m and 0.7m lengths.”
