“Not overly impressed with my shower curtain from Byretech. Firstly the pre-sale email experience was poor, I asked for advice about size, and all I got was a reply trying to sell me extra products.”

Hello Duncan, We’re sorry to hear you were not impressed with the pre-sale experience. This isn’t the level we aim for, and we’ll review our communications to ensure we provide more helpful advice in the future. All curtains over 200cm in both directions will have a vertical central seam and on occasions the cotton threads can tighten a little on the seam and pull it slightly out of shape. It tends to happen more on the standard rather than the more expensive Heavy Duty material we offer. You can of course return the product to us for a refund if you wish and we would be happy to offer that. We did check on the system here and we don't seem to have any complaint e mails from you once the curtain had arrived with you. Kind regards, Team Byretech Ltd

“Super speedy delivery. Shame about the product. Had to order a 3/8 to 15mm adaptor after first attempt to fit failed. When assembled to the adaptor it leaked, so put in extra washer ptfe tape and sealer tightened down which squashed the rubber washer into the bore and reduced the flow to a trickle. Did'nt leak though. Complete waste of time and money product not fit for purpose so i am still searching for 3/8 through the bath shower hose at least 10mm bore. Cant find one anywhere.”

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience Trevor, but thanks for the review anyway..... We usually add in extra washers and a good tip to prevent the washers scrunching up is to put a spot of washing up liquid on them and they tighten down a treat without any issues. PTFE tape is always a good idea on all the male joints. I think its a bit of a fitting issue you have that's all...... We do sell hundreds of the adapters a month without any issues, so please visit the website - download the returns form and send it back for a refund if you didn't get on with it. Team Byretech
