“My very first purchase from this company I really do wish I had did my research before ordering anything from this company. This is my first and last order. My order came damaged and I have tried emailing them and phoning them but I have had no response back from them. My order that I have paid for is not fit for purpose and only fit for the bin. “This is the worst cake craft store I had ever ordered from and it’s my first time ordering from them.
I got an email a day after I ordered that my items had been dispatched but no tracking number was provided.
What was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours has not been delivered yet and it is already a week. I have called and emailed them severally and no response whatsoever. This is extremely exasperating.”

Slave labour is what they want and a complete fraud when they pay you it’s wrong. Surprised they are still trading or haven’t be shut down by trading standards or the tax people.

“Can I just say be aware when ordering from the Cake Craft Company. I ordered at 10.46am on the 29th March with a next day service and I am today only receiving my complete order. I didn't receive anything till 31st March as they didn't dispatch until the following day (although shipping is stipulated 12pm cut off). Upon receipt there was a batch of 10" cake boxes missing. I then couldn't get through to customer service as they simply didn't answer the phone. All I got was bounce backs of someone will be I touch within 48 hours. I had to cancel orders for Easter as I was 10 short on boxes - that's £200!
I was then treated like a criminal being told at to send photos of receipts and grilling over what was in the package. 7th April was my last communication.... I then heard nothing for ages and randomly 15th April I got an email saying Royal Mail will deliver your parcel tomorrow (I'm not home I'm at work) so now I will have to trek out to the post office as Royal Mail don't give an alternative postage options... and it's Friday and our sorting office isn't open till Monday.
Not an apology in site and not even a refund for my next day postage as it's quite clear from the off it was never a next day service despite the fact there was boxes missing.
So yes moral is don't use them because if something goes wrong they are shocking! I strongly believe a company shows it's true colours when something goes wrong and how they handle it.”
“Poor order, ordering experience and customer service.
I was initially told my order had been ‘lost’ but later told that there was an error with orders placed on 21st March. However this was only communicated to me once I’d queried why my order was taking so long to arrive.
Couldn’t get through to customer service via phone, and email took a long time but I was finally informed a replacement order would be placed with priority delivery.
I eventually got my order on 10th April, a day later than required, as it had been dispatched with Royal Mail 48 hour service rather than 24 hour service, despite me repeatedly indicating this order was urgent and delayed through no fault of my own.
I also discovered that my 10’ silver round cake drum board turned up insufficiently packaged, dirty and looked used!!
I have been extremely disappointed and shall not be purchasing from here in the future, or recommending any fellow bakers do the same!”

I placed a large order and paid £8 for next day delivery.
3 days later it arrived. Was told it was passed from dpd to Royal Mail as my mainland address is not classed as mainland! They offered to credit the next day postage amount to my account as a good will gesture! Eventually, after days of messaging, I received a refund for this.
Then I can to use one of their products, a silicone egg truffle mould, that I planned to use candy melts and cake inside. It was not possible to release the cake in tact. After searching the Internet for answers it became evident that the contents have to be frozen in order to release them. This was not stated on the product information.
Cake craft company refuse to pay for the return postage, even though this item is not fit for purpose, as they failed to state important usage details. This has gone on for 11 days now. I was promised a prepaid return label a few days ago and now they are saying there’s nothing wrong with the product and all moulds have to be frozen for contents to be release! Which is incorrect! They are now ignoring my messages! So I am stuck with an item I cannot use.
Absolutely shocking customer service! I’ve been completely messed about. And to ignore customers issues is disgusting.
I will never order from them again!”

“Zero stars if I could. They sold me the wrong inks for my printer and after I told them they asked me to take pictures and videos of the inks to ensure and prove that they are indeed the wrong product. Then they asked me to send them back to them only to tell me that the inks I send them back are not the ones that they stock. Not only I did not get a refund they are plus one set of ink that they mysteriously identified as the wrong type but then not stocked by them.
I am out of words for how terrible Cake Craft is, it is outrageous that they actually stole from me (because they DID).
