“I ordered 3 items and recieved only 2 of them but was charged for all 3. I called and asked the status of the 3rd item and was told they would look into it and call me or email me back to let me know and I have heard nothing weeks later. If they have to ship it from a different vendor you may not get it but you will pay for it.”
“I ordered my car cover on october 28 for my honda ridgeline. I was told that it would be a special order. I found out that the order would take up to six weeks to manufacture. I would not have ordered the cover if I was informed that it would take up to six weeks . This is after you charged my card for 1220 dollars. So I am still waiting for my order and I am out 1200 dollars. I will not recommend california car cover to anybody. I am highly dissatified.”
