“Product was great, but customer service was not. I did not appreciate being gaslight via email from the ‘Customer Service Manager’ about a shipping issue. With that experience, I would not purchase anything from this company again.”
“The material that it is made of seems very nice but the cover itself fits very poorly on the car. I have bought several other California Car Covers for my other cars and they fit great but it is certainly not the case with this one. Unfortunately I will be shopping elsewhere going forward.”
“Bought the ultraweave car cover and a cockpit cover. The car cover leaks badly. Thankfully I had both on with the top down and the cockpit cover caught the water, about a 2 quarts I found sitting in the middle of the cockpit cover. The Velcro straps are not long enough on the cockpit cover to be fastened with the windows up and top down. Wrote an email going on a month ago never got an actual reply just that they were busy and would get back to me. This is I believe the third time I have bought their covers and was happy, never had one leak before and I used to get the less expensive ones they seem to no longer make.”
“Cover did not fit my victory highball the largest one would have been better I listened to the customer service guy not worth sending back have not tried the zip up bag yet fingers crossed . And it’s getting harder to order custom covers looking at other options”
