“1. The webpage is slow to load. 2. There are too many confirmation messages, such as telling me I'm logged in. Well duh! I can recognize I'm logged in as I see my Dashboard. 3. It appears that the effort is to make it pretty vs. making it user friendly.”

“I get bombarded by emails from them to the extent that I have now started ignoring them and just deleating them all. So much for being helpful.”

“Need to have the same classes offered more then once every 6 weeks. Need to Offer classes multiple times in one week so if your working a 24 shift your able to attend the class on a day your not working”

“In the past I have been very happy with the service. Recently I have added members of my EMS service to start taking training courses. The new members have been unable to access the website to take courses. I have called as well as email CareerCert regarding this approximately two months ago and still have not spoken to anyone regarding the issue. I have received an email but the email does not speak on the issues that I have been having. The phone call was received quickly, however they were unable to remedy the issue over the phone. They sent an email to another person with CareerCert who sent an email a few days later, but again still not remedied.”

“At times there have been grammatical errors (punctuation, etc.) within the tests. It is painful to see errors on a site devoted to higher learning.”

“I love the content, some boring some not. However I am not getting my classes that have been assigned to the rest of the department's employees. They told me to tell you, and here we are.”
