“Limiting the number of daily hours obtainable is insane. If it weren’t for this, I’d recommend your product. Otherwise, look elsewhere.”

“For the training course I took the information was presented on way too high of a level and it was advertised as an entry course. I found most of the information to be unusable. Information I would have liked to have seen was not covered.”

“The courses are difficult to match up with the nremt recertification list. All of the courses for nremt recert are jot available.”

“I has my first instructor lead class last night. The class was from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM. It is recommended that you log in 30 minutes early. I could not log in until 5:50 PM. It then showed waiting on host. I sat there until 7:45 waiting for the host to open up the class. I took off work to take this class. I'm really disappointed. Unless something changes I will not be recommending CareerCert.”

“There just isn’t enough classes. There are a handful of courses that are around an hour, but the salad bar is lacking in choices. What if you walked into subway and ultimately were only able to order 4 different subs? I had a friend get this a while back a swore by it, I get it and I feel like I’m being handed government cheese.”

“It us probably the old computer system I am using, but I have tried to take two other classes, and they both locked up and would not advance when there was video in the lesson. Very frustrating.”

“I seem to have real problems playing the courses, some freeze in the middle of a course and I cannot proceed. Some just show symbols for the slides. I did not have this problem before the change to careercert”

“A lot of the subjects I selected, the content was not available to read. The error message said it was missing a link. Needs to be fixed. Would like either my money back or give me another years worth for free. Once you fix the errors then I would recommend to a friend.”

“some CEU courses make it difficult to complete due to problems with flash or other plug ins. Overall content is solid, user interface needs work.”

“Overall quality of courses is mediocre, it's great for tracking CE hours and stuff, but the classes aren't great. Especially the Critical Care courses.”

“When trainings re assigned, they need to autogenerate an email with a direct link to the training that students can just click on. the emails currently sent by CareerCert have no link, and force students to go on an Easter egg hunt to find the training. Half the time, the assigned training doesn't even show up in "Assignments" or "EMS Library"”

“Took a pediatric course to satisfy my recertification requirements. It crossed over to pmd refresher instead of pediatrics multiple phone calls 4 to careercert 3 to ce broker and no one can seem to get it fixed. Didn’t have these problems when it was just medic ce.”

“1. The webpage is slow to load. 2. There are too many confirmation messages, such as telling me I'm logged in. Well duh! I can recognize I'm logged in as I see my Dashboard. 3. It appears that the effort is to make it pretty vs. making it user friendly.”
