I was not sent ink to replace or make up the volume and the refund provided was less than the value of the missing ink! Charlotte understood my grievance and the refund was increased slightly but seemed begrudging.

Ordered a set of ink cartridges for my Brother MFC-J5730DW. While they arrived on time, only the Black ink cartridge works and is recognised by the Printer.
The Magenta ink cartridge was not recognised.
I did not open the Cyan or Yellow as they are the same sized cartridges.
On the website it stated these cartrdiges are compatible with my printer. they are not.
Refund please!

Having used CW for several years I have now stopped. The problem was the cartridges did not fit. They were handed ie the design of the real ones was slightly to one side - CW's were slightly to the other. Previously, years ago, they did not work at all so I sent them back but never go a refund. So I explained to your salesman that it was all very well them being cheaper but if they did not work what's the point?
