“Mechanics probably will be ok but the watch feels really cheap for the price, very light and it feels like the bracelet is made out of plastic.”

“Initially I had trouble ordering my watch online, contacted Citizen uk via email, the email was answered by Bobbi who was excellent and we got it ordered (thank you Bobbi) Delivery was by DPD who were excellent, I knew the name of the driver and was informed of a delivery time/day All in all, very happy with transaction and dealing with Citizen uk.”

“The transaction should have been very simple but Citizen sent an email containing a discount code to use on my purchase. The message showed the exact watch I was buying so I entered the code which did not work. The watch was already at a sale price so no discount could be applied (so why send it?) After that I completed the order and the watch arrived safely.”

“Fantastic hybrid watch that gives you the functionality of a smartwatch and the looks of a dress watch. Battery life is superb a single charge will last at least a week if not much more depending on what functions you are using. It is a little heavier compared to the smartwatch I was wearing before but is very comfortable on the wrist. It looks great too and I have had more than one person comment on it since I have been wearing it. For the price I doubt there is a better hybrid watch out there. 11/10”
