The purchasing through Citizen was great, no issues at all. Dealing with support, however, was a different story. Watch arrived with a very loud rattle from inside the case. Contacted support via online chat and was told I could send it in for adjustment and directing me to servicing and repair. I thought this was odd, as a brand new purchase, same day as delivery. I went to the website to return for a refund instead, and this wasn't working. Went back to support, who said I should "negotiate with the dealer I bought it from" - I replied by saying it was them and never heard back. Had to start another ticket before I could return it. Now waiting for my money back - I'd buy from an authorised dealer next time, if there is a next time.

Got watch with a discount because Citizen were unable to fix my Citizen watch so unhappy with inability to fix watch

I have given the watch a poor rating. Although it is a very nice watch the very big problem that I have is the luminosity of the dial at night.This feature is the main feature which encouraged me to buy it. I need to be able to read the watch in the dark as I have to get up through the night without disturbing my wife but I cannot read the time . This is because the numerals being so large that it is not possible to see the hands at all easily even when donning my specs. I think that the hands need more luminosity with the numerals being a little smaller I am not very short sighted so I am naturally somewhat upset . I should also add that the luminosity is not consistent across the face being less bright at the top although this is not important to me . I was intending to write to you sooner but I am not normally one to complain so I am glad of this opportunity I would like to add that I have owned a citizen for many years and have been very pleased with it infact the only reason I bought the new one was that ithe old one began struggling to recharge fully during long nights and low exposure to light in winter Kind Regards

Maybe it's me but I cannot get more than 2 days out of battery often less causing watch to go into time only. Not very happy with display on wellbeing or updating data

Not great. the sensor does not work if you have tattoos, so as a fitness tracker, its pretty much useless.
