“Sorry,nothing but issues in dealing with Citizen Watch UK. I was given incorrect information in the first instance then I had to chase up on actions Citizen said they would do but didn't! When I placed the order online it displayed a message 'The web site was not available' and I never received confirmation thst my order had successfully been placed! I logged back on to the Web site almost immediately but couldn't see my order! A little while later I received confirmation. Citizen said they would investigate what went wrong but have not got back k to me! On receipt of the watch I entered details of the watch on the repair card that came with the watch just so it was to hand in the future! It required the 'Manufacturer Number' but I couldn't find it anywhere so I emailed Citizen for advice and was told it was a 'glitch' on their side and shouldn't be there! I asked for the Service Manager to call me when they returned from holiday but I don't think it will ever happen! All a bit of a shambles!”

“Very much liked the styling of this watch combination of chunkiness and smoothness works very well. As for practicality very easy to adjust and take on and off. I already have another Citizen watch which I have had for over 10 years and it continues to show quality and reliability. I would recommend this watch.”
