“The product is good. But there is no video showing how to install the wall mounted board, although a user manual is provided. One of the reasons that I bought Clevo is that it is easy to install, but because I have installed incorrectly, and I could not reverse it, it has become a total waste of money and effort.”

Hello Hengyi, thank you for your message and feedback. What exactly would an installation video do? You usually only need the height here. You can assemble the module in advance and screw it to the wall as a whole. Please let us know, then we can make improvements here. Best regards Team Clevo

“although the site was clear, the purchase process was not in English, making it difficult to be certain what the transaction details were. I had to find translations of a number of phrases, a couple of which made no sense to me. There was an English button on the product page, but no way to convert to English in the purchase process.”
