“Horrible customer services, they let you deposit money in your account, then freeze it saying you need to do this passport driver license , proof of Adress, selfies and so on.
But then never a proove it, my money been locked up hostage for weeks and hundredths of other people also experiencing this problem with large sums.
When you contact customer service you get no response.

At first they stated that somehow my funds never made it from my COBC account and are stuck in transit with Interac. CIBC says this was impossible as they have a record confirming it was indeed received by Coinberry. Next, Coinberry said they credited my account so I tried to retrieve my funds but they never arrived ti my account. I can Now not reach anyone. Be aware AND stay away!”
“It was easy for me to load money via email transfer and i bought my Bitcoin easy, my nightmare only started when i wanted to withdraw both my money and my bitcoins. i had cancel the tranfers several times coz it just wouldn't finish processing. To cut the story short my money and my Bitcoins are still in coinberry and i have since given up withdrawing them and by the way also tried sending it all out to a friend but that too didn't work. I'm never loading any money again to this stupid platform”

“Beware! they will steal your money and just stall you. what kinda company gives you. receipt or processing and then nothing happens and the following day its disappeared, no email or message. They are a fraud company, everyone on all websites and forums say the same! they make fake accounts and edit they're reviews for positive reviews (look at other websites like reviews.io and google the rest)! Even they're twitter, just look at it for a few hours, so many negative comments that just get deleted after a few minutes by them. Worst experience ever! only lies and the same issues back to back to back and they reply the same stuff, just more lies to stall you and steal your money. getting your money on they're website is the easiest thing, but getting your money OUT?! you will get scammed! and stop lying! it cant be that every single person is wrong! look how many scam reviews.”
“Customer service was very condescending and rude I had to threaten to contact the police before they called me. None of my issues resolved it took me forever to get my money and my friend tried to make a deposit the day before and his bank account was frozen and had to speak to the fraud department to get it sorted out there’s a lot of fishy things going on with this company I don’t trust it at all anymore”
