“I am in love with my fireplace beam! It has oodles of character and was exactly what I expected from the website images and samples of wood I ordered. It was easy to fit and is very sturdy. I would recommend cottage beams to anyone!”

“Bought a made to measure contemporary oak beam. I was worried that the size would not be exact as you have to allow a margin of error on the sizing. It was perfect in every respect. It was a beautiful piece of wood packaged and delivered on time. Fitting was a little awkward, definitely a two person job as I didn't realise how heavy it would be.”

“We bought the farmhouse warm oak beam to go over our new fireplace. It looks absolutely lovely. It's a high quality beam and it's been finished beautifully. I would highly recommend Cottage Beams. It was easy to fix to the solid wall. It compliments the room. I absolutely love it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Lovely beam, great quality and very pleased with it looks fantastic above our fire. Only improvement for me be the installation design, felt the off centre wall inserts made it harder and not really necessary I’d have preferred a normal machined straight design. But no big problem all worked out well and delighted with finished result.”

“Despite ordering a beam for a plaster board wall, the fixings do not seem to be robust enough to hold the weight of the beam. We having to reinforce the plaster board wall. Our beam is still not up.”
