Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late receipt of your order and the lack of communication regarding the split across two delivery dates. i can see that we did email you the two tracking links and we also emailed you to advising you we would be delivering on two different dates but received no replies on ether emails ... please could you check your junk box?
Furthermore, we understand how disappointing it must be to receive both items in a damaged condition. We sincerely apologize for this on behald of Laura Ashley Lighting and assure you that we are committed to finding a resolution for you promptly, we have report this to Laura Ashley lighting so that they make improvements to their packaging to avoid this happening to future orders for this product. You mention that your issue has not been resolved? have you tried to contact us as i can see no notes on your order that you have a called us? and we have received no emails from you either? - our email address is info@cpelec.co.uk for reference.
