“Never had any issues, usually my order comes on time and I order quite often and I understand that once it leaves the shop it’s probably in Aus Post hands. But I paid extra for express postage. Took a week to come instead of 2-3 days. Not the end of the world but I received an email saying it was delivered but my housemate was home all day and didn’t see it arrive. I searched around my front yard, then I started to worry that it had been stolen and it was my boyfriends upcoming birthday.
Anyway the box was delivered the following day, but I don’t know why it would be processed as delivered if it wasn’t. The box was damaged and squashed someone had put more tape around the box to stop the bottom opening and the stuff falling out. It’s tolerable because it’s only 2 hats in there but would of been unacceptable if anything else as it would of been broken.”
