“Nobody ever helped me, worst customer service ever, they emailed me saying someone would get back to me but never did. Just people who have a bunch of excuse and not taking accountability. They stuffed several hats into a hat container backpack and it squished the hats creating a permanent crease in the hats, they wrote me back saying that’s how the hat is made but that’s not true. They said it’s not heir fault and they don’t care.”

I have sent several complaint emails, with the photos included, and all have been dismissed by staff stating that it was “damaged in transit” even though one entire side of the box is completely ripped. I regularly purchase online from other retailers and have never had anything arrive in such poor condition – would definitely avoid this retailer. First and last time I will ever purchase from them.”

“I ordered 2 items from this company, 1 regular necklace and 1 set of 2 sterling silver necklaces. First package had only 1 of the 2 sterling silver necklaces in the package. Company was quick to respond but second package sent was empty. Company apologized again and assured me they confirmed the inventory and would throw in a couple extras due to the inconvenience. THIRD package was also EMPTY. Package was coming from Chino, CA and I also live in CA and none of the packages appeared tampered with. Buyer beware!!”

Do not waste your time with this company or KINGS, they send second hand, damaged and rusted products and hope nobody notices.
I did notice, sent back, got another batch sent and more rusted, damaged and secondhand products were sent again.
It's been over 2 months since I purchased and I'm still waiting for brand new products to arrive, most likely it will happen again and I'll have to send back and wait for another arrival again. At this rate you're lucky to get your items after 6 months of constant returns and reshipping.
They said they will not provide any compensation whatsoever, I've wasted my time, effort, bin disposal fees and printing fees just for because of their incompetence.”
“I have had a bad experience as could not get full refund of an item I have not even use as it was a wrong size and store did not have any other size to offer me. I called to try arrange a full refund and no luck which means they do not care about costumers even we do make our way to drop off the item in perfect brand new conditions. What a shame. “I really liked this brand. Placed my first order. My address was auto populated by Facebook and sent to the wrong address without confirmation. I informed Lakota to cancel my order prior to shipping. She took days to respond and it was too late. Refused to help or offer a credit. Very disrespectful, terrible customer service. “Sizing is terrible, the shirts are almost as wide as they are long. I never have issues with shirts, I wear a medium and every brand I’ve bought works. These are the correct length but extremely wide. Basically if you’re a real thick 5’5” Latino, this is the brand for you.”

“Absolutely shockingly high shipping taxing applied that I had to pay on receipt of delivery to Canada. No heads up when I placed the order that that could be a possibility. Had I known I would have been able to select a different shipping option ( as in paid a bit more to pay less later). They need to make this clear when you order. Kinetic kings selects the pass all cost onto the customer option. International buyers be careful. I will never buy anything from Kinetic Kings again”
