They sold me a package deal that was only meant to be at the discounted rate for 9 more hours and I only purchased because of the supposed 24kt vermail bracelet which is meant to to be allergy proof . In Australia it's usually referred to as gilded silver ( thick coating of high quality gold over a Sterling silver base and in some cases contains more gold content than 9ct gold) and is considered much better quality too. Well I was pretty shocked when I reached past a magnet and the bracelet stuck to the magnet like Sap to a tree. That just can't happen and I was pretty angry as I spent almost 1500 within a month and 2 watches I bought out of 3 are pointless as they don't know how to keep up with time which is sort of the point . And my carre Paris designer c#$p came with massive holographic made in China stickers like it was something to be proud of . They where fancy made in China stickers but the whole marketing of carre leads one to belive its made in Paris, but there are quite a few reviews where people complain about the sleeves coming off the t-shirts when they wash them wtf. Really even if they didn't tie the stitching off I still couldn't see it unravelling all the way off by the end of the wash lol people said they where tripping thinking did I buy a singlet . And I emailed you guys 10 times or more and even called consumer affairs who don't do any work either ... so don't reply saying we haven't seen any communication but I noticed you don't even reply to the people complaining about lack of email communication on your guys end . All the good reviews seem short and sharp . That's a red flag for false reviews as most don't even say what they bought . I've never shopped there again because there a bunch of crooks who get away with fraud . Australia is soo fcked these days . Law is disregarded by the law and so corrupt . “I HIGHLY recommend not to order from this company. Unplaced an order 11/27. As per the tracking it stated it was delivered. I verified with neighbors etc, no one has it. I reached out to Culture Kings through email multiple times. Did not get any satisfaction. Called the telephone number and spoke with Hanif the representative he stated that as per Ausi post the package was declared “lost in transit” and he was waiting for his supervisors approval. I receive an email from his associate Jezzy to tell me Hanif is out and she is following up on the case and that they are waiting for a response from Ausi. I sent a reply to inform Jezzy that as per her associate the package always deemed lost in transit and waiting for an approval, and at this point in tim it is now 12/21 still no package, no response and now I want my money refunded. As of this date 3 follow up emails sent and no response from Jezzy or Hanif. Buyers be ware…they are in Australia and good luck in getting your package and a refund.”

“Went from free express shipping on every item above 100$, to 10$ express shipping on every item, regardless of price. On top of that, the previous free express shipping had orders mailed in a double box while the newer 10$ extra express charge comes in a satchel. My box came damaged
