"Nobody ever helped me, worst customer service ever, they emailed me saying someone would get back to me but never did. Just people who have a bunch of excuse and not taking accountability. They stuffed several hats into a hat container backpack and it squished the hats creating a permanent crease in the hats, they wrote me back saying that\u2019s how the hat is made but that\u2019s not true. They said it\u2019s not heir fault and they don\u2019t care."
