I ordered a cute little pair of Jordan shoes for my nephew and found out that i needed a size bigger.
At almost 10pm at night, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was able to alter my order and send me the right size.
Having the opportunity to talk to someone saved me from going through the process of returning them and potentially not receiving them by xmas.
This is exactly what happened with shoes I purchased elsewhere. I should have bought all items from Culture Kings.

“Finally decided to buy the bag after a few months. Was such a good choice it is soooo roomy and fits 2 laptops plus an iPad and all the cords and headsets and everything for both laptops with a bunch more room for other things as well. 10/10 would recommend”
