“I had an issue with the fit of my shirt and as it was a sale item, I thought I could do nothing about it. However, Madi and the customer service team not only helped me by returning the shirt, replacements for the same cost were arranged along with free return postage. Amazing service and care! They’ve kept a customer today and I’ll be telling others.”
