I ordered a cute little pair of Jordan shoes for my nephew and found out that i needed a size bigger.
At almost 10pm at night, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was able to alter my order and send me the right size.
Having the opportunity to talk to someone saved me from going through the process of returning them and potentially not receiving them by xmas.
