I made an order for 2 x Carre scripted caps, when the order arrived I didn’t receive any of the caps, since they were the basis of my order I was left completely disappointed and returned the whole order, I thought I might have been given a credit to the value of the cap/s for the stuff around but nothing other than a refund”

I can see that we emailed you on the 29th of October offering compensation for the cap that was unavailable. (Only 1 was purchased.)
The options were ->
a) Select another item on our website equal to the same value, just send us through a screenshot of the item you would like as well as the size
b) Have an online-only gift card issued for 110% of the item value (this is valid for 3 years)
c) Have the value of the item refunded back to your original payment method
As we had not heard from you, we, unfortunately, had to refund the item.
