I was given a delivery date and time slot then got a call to say they are 5 minutes away and after 90 minutes no one turned up and no one contacted me so I called numerous times and was finally told the van had broken down but the delivery will be made shortly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They are complete morons, do not answer questions at all, just email back (after a week or so (if you are lucky) with no new information or anything useful.
AVOID BUYING HERE, you will regret it!
