I had made a detailed claim and then provided a detailed follow up identifying their errors and missing documents that had been relied upon by Davies but never provided to me. Instead of responding to these details it simply apologises and reasserts that I am wrong.\n\nMy advise - avoid like the plague. Pay a few pounds more and save yourself the distress of dealing with a company determined to avoid a pay out.\n\n"
