My son and partner could have easily lost the sale of their house yesterday,8months this company has been dealing with the sale! Appalling service,luckily the buyer has had his mortgage offer extended, the exchange should have happened 28th November only to be told by DC Law that more information was needed,This information should have been gathered at the very start of this process which they have apologised for,not good enough!! It's peoples lifes they are playing with and they don't care the stress and upset they cause,this company is not fit for purpose !!!

I have put them on 8 week notice of complaint for the ombudsman which has no difference to them getting their act together - in fact got worse! The second buyer which is meant to be a quick cash sale has now taken another 4 months! Same delays again, not answering calls or emails to enable me to complete and get out of this terrible service or no service I should say.
