“Package arrived with broken perfume bottle that has leaked and stained the box i have sent images to you guys and you have had an unacceptable response so now wish to take it future through your complaints procedure.”

“Product arrived broken and rather than a simple apology they deflected blame. I was happy to find the website since they stock a particular brand that I collect but I refuse to use them now.”
