“Having used this product before I was delighted to find Direct beauty had some left. Lancaster products are not cheap but they are lovely to apply & last well”

“Very good price but delivery was poor. Don't know whether it was the fault of Direct Beauty or Royal Mail but initially told my order had been despatched via royal mail then received another message 6 days later saying that Evri were awaiting receipt of item from Direct Beauty. Apart from the delivery I found Direct Beauty very good and I will be using them again. I do not believe Evri were responsible for the delay.”

“Good price and item delivered quickly with prompt notifications. Would give 5 stars, but one single lipstick came in quite a big box with lots of unrecyclable filling. Please look at this!”
