We were very disappointed to note that you no longer supply the previous filter, Cleaner that we have had to actually get from Australia since we used to be able to buy it at our local pool shop in Tauranga. We did try your cleaner and we find it inferior and comparison.Asper filter cleanser is what we have always used, but that certainly wasn’t sent to us”

I was going to make contact with you after fitting the Xylem e10 pump you supplied me to my spa pool yesterday. Upon turning the pool on i found the new pump whines nearly as loud as the one im replacing. Pump came fitted with a 3 prong plug so not sure how it passed as 'fit for use', given it couldve been just plugged in and tested and listened to . This is a real pain as i waited 3 weeks for it to arrive to my NZ address in post and its not good. What can be done??

“I ordered 2 new filters for my spa hot tub filter. My previous supplier of 2 years ago no longer exists. I searched the product online, and ordered from Direct Pool supplies NZ, thinking this was a NZ company. Your staff have since informed me that on getting referred to your purchase system, the header does say Pool Supplies Australia. While this is correct, it misleads a New Zealand purchaser to call the company Pool Supplies NZ, when the product is coming from Australia. I even noted at the time of purchase, and emailed you, that it was illegal to advertise a price, then apply GST. New Zealand law is that if a price is advertised with no mention of GST, then the price advertised is inclusive of GST. Pool Sullpie did not respond to this comment. Obviously the same requirement for GST to be stated or included does not apply in Australia, but at this time I thought I was dealing with Direct Pool Supplies NEW ZEALAND!
Then the product arrived, and it was the wrong size-I assume through a fault of mine in the order, though I have been unable to view the original order.
So I followed your returns policy by email contact, but got no response. Then I email and again, getting a bit stroppy, and Brooke contacted me explains you had been very busy.
I suspect you are probably not a bad outfit, but you can understand me not giving a 5 star rating, and you did ask for a survey!
