“I had a issue with the car and the agency helped me out - isurance (which i was hesitating about but finally purchased) took care of my extra 150 Euro (cost to restart the drained battery) and the agency replaced the vehicle on the next day, driving 100 km to reach me. Issue was a malfunction of the fan sensor on Renault Megane. Also the guys returned the glasses which my wife forgot in the car.”

“the best car rental experienced I’ve ever had! Great service and a great car. I highly recommand this rental car agency. Why i don't regret? because on my side I had to change a lot of things in our reservation, it was super fluid! by call, it's right away and we can contact them by whatsapp too! the difference with other agency was the "free cancellation" 100% satisfaction”

“Рекомендую эту компанию для аренды машины: - сотрудник всегда был на связи - на такси привезли с аэропорта и доставили обратно - нет скрытых платежей - залог вернули после возврата в полном объеме буквально на 7 дней (наверное, все зависит от банка-эмитента карты) - прием и возврат машины занял до 5 минут - автомобиль был чистый, опрятный, комфортный.”

“I did not receive a confirmation email about the booking so I phoned on Sunday, after 8 pm to check where is it and spoke with Martin, then Paul, who not just found the booking but also made amendments because I booked the wrong days. I can't express my gratitude enough to these guys, they are the best! Thank you very much, guys!”

“After initial issues with the booking and collecting our car, please to advise that the support team have managed to solve our issue and covered the extra cost of the upgraded car we had to take instead of the originally booked one. This type of situation does not normally happen, and we contacted the local agency requesting information on why your reservation was not included in their system. It was an error in the local system and I see that our operator followed the correct procedure, guided you to rent the other car and make the claim for the extra amount paid. Our refund department takes a long time to process the cases, this is due to the collecting all the necessary documents and carrying out the bank transfer. I see in our system that we have successfully returned the 350 euros to your account, and therefore we will consider this case resolved.
