“Me cobraron el seguro a todo riesgo sin consultarme, y pagas por adelantado la gasolina, la uses o no (te lo dan con deposito casi lleno y lo puedes devolver vacío, pero lo que no uses no te la devuelven). Pague de mas.”

“We booked a car with discover car for our trip to Portugal, upon booking I was quoted £90 for 4 days including the higher insurance so I accepted this quote and then turned up to get the car, first had to get a shuttle bus to the car rental which I’ve never done before and waited for ages for the bus, when we turned up we were told we would told we would be charged £2500 on a credit card which would be refunded a week after we returned to which we felt really uncomfortable doing, so in the end was paid another £200 for the car on top of the £30 deposit I had already paid for a few days rental, felt like none of this was explained at booking Apparently the £30 is discover car fee”

Dear Louis, We regret this fact. Shuttle-related information was on the first page of your voucher. We work with thousands of providers and some are located inside the terminal others are not, you can always call us, so we can confirm this information before picking up the vehicle. The amount of the security deposit also varies according to the provider and the vehicle category, this information is also available on the voucher and before finalizing the reservation under rental conditions. Note that when the customer has a credit card with the deposit amount, the provider cannot charge any extra amount.
