“This company is SCAM. I rented car with them and unfortunately my flight was delayed. I called the supplier and discover cars and been told that I didn't show up and the car now is gone. Of course they charge me full amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

Dear Rafal, We are really sorry for this flight delay. For reservations where payment is made in advance, we send the amount directly to the agency, leaving only a small portion with us, related to our commission. Whenever there is a flight delay, the customer must file a claim directly with the airline. Our providers can guarantee the vehicle up to 1 hour late by the customer, after which the reservation is automatically cancelled. However, we always try to help the customer as much as possible and in this case specifically we will refund 50% of the amount back to your card, 194.20 euros.
