“I bought the Carmel doughnut concentrate.The delivery was quick and the ordering process was painless.The flavour of the e liquid is very nice, you can taste the doughnut with a nice Carmel flavour in the background.I would buy this again.”

Hi Ludovic, We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive, upon checking the tracking details we can see the courier had issues delivering the parcel, however we fully accept responsibilty on this occasion even though it was a postage error by hermes. As of this moment, we have issued you a full refund and we are in the process of updating our postage options to ensure this does not arise again.
