I ordered 30x various e-liquids. Delivery was quick. Upon delivery i noticed 15 of the 30 e-liquids were past there use by date. I emailed DIYE-liquid on the day of delivery, explaining the situation and requesting for them to be replaced. DIYE-liquid replied within 24 hours apologising saying this was not up to there usually standards, requesting photos of the issue. All very positive. I took photos of the invoice and the out of date e-liquids and sent this to DIYE-liquid on the same day of their reply. Unfortunately this is when all communication stopped, I sent follow-up emails to DIYE-liquid without reply. Very disappointing I had been using DIYE-liquid for around 18 months prior to this issue.

I paid for a endura t22 pro but was sent a out dated t22 e model and have still not been replied to about this issue! Customer service is a joke.

I placed my order but didn’t receive it as they did not have it in stock their website said they were in stock. I have tried to get my money refunded but without success so far ! Called them and messaged them three times… still no refund. I would never use them again! Taking my money for something they do not have.

Bought a vape was told it was dispatched then to be told they had cancelled the order, got in contact with customer services still haven't heard back.

7 working days and still no delivery. 3 working days and no reply to x2 messages. Took my payment quick enough then nothing. Really disappointed.

My opinion doesn't matter at all but since you asked - I emailed you twice, maybe 3 times about 2 weeks ago or more. I received my items, came across a couple of problems with 3 elux mini 11's with photographic proof of all of those problems. I made it VERY clear i didn't want replacements, i was providing customer feedback only and was not looking for any reimbursement. It seemed odd that there were 3 faulty ones in one box of 10........ I provided the barcode too and im pretty disappointed in NO reply, just zero customer service at all. Really disappointed because the Elux Mini II is a great and improved version of the original.

Disappointed. Sent email to them as the parcel was damaged and came in a plastic bag and one of the vapes were missing. No response offer of refund or replacement or what to do

Been buying here for a year. Delivery takes 6 days with the occasional delivery within 4 days. The last twice they haven’t had the flavours in stock so sent all one flavour. Meanwhile a friend with the same vape was getting next day delivery and exactly what she ordered the next day. So afraid I’ve now jumped ship for a better service.
