“Being forced to prove my identity to a company I do not know or trust leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of most people. To then also have your order delayed due to the lack of verification but to only receive an email amid the barrage of emails regarding the order and account creation is just unacceptable. I placed my order over a week ago and no one followed up to check if there was a verification issue or to refund my purchase due to the lack of it, you simply took the money and looked the other way - likely due to this in large being an automated process but it does not change the fact that I placed an order, did not receive communication from anyone stating it will not be delivered and to also then have an email with a royal mail tracking number just completely confuses the situation and has led to my experience with you being less than favourable. I was only able to find out there was an issue by speaking with a representative that was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, my experience had already been tarnished. For this reason, I am leaving a 1-star review and will not be ordering in the future.”

“Absolutely shocking, 1 of my items became out of stock after i had placed my order so i said i will wait for that to come back in stock,in the infinite wisdom they decided to hold my entire order until the out of stock item became available. Safe to say I have found another supplier and as of the time of writing i am still waiting for my refund.”

“Last time i will be dealing with D.I.Y eliquids . On Web page stateded blackcurrant menthol in stock. Ordered only to be told now out of stock. Even though received email saying dispatched. Looking on website still said 1 in stock!! Had the same issue 6 months ago. Used to be a brilliant company. Let down and frustrated. Did receive refund. But now I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.”

“Horrendous experience. Firstly sent me the completely wrong item Secondly the items that they did send me didn’t turn on or died after 3 puffs. Thirdly expect me to send the items back after it took them 3 days to reply to my email for me to get a refund. Useless”
