It was terrible leaked and didn’t taste great taste goes after used for one day all the chemicals go inside your mouth. Asked to raise return which they did not do

Wouldn’t recommend ordering the elux wild brought two boxes, after 3-4 puffs they taste burnt

Very disappointed with the product Crystal legend 4000. Bought 4 of them, 2 different flavours. It lasted not even 2 full days for each bar ( every one of them).Thought it’ll last at least 6-7 days. To compare , normally I buy crystal original 600 puffs and it lasts a day. So no saving here nor value for money… Can you please issue a refund for the products ( partial refund) Waiting to hear back from you Regards

Very disappointed with this company, will avoid using in future 😕 they sent me substitutes, even though there website did not mark items out of stock like other websites, and then said that I ticked a box that said I would take substitutes, which I did not tick and saw no notice that said un tick/or agree to terms. What really baffles me is that if you knew there was no stock why not mark on website as out, so that I could of gone somewhere else. I paid £5.00 for it to be delivered, the girl on the phone was not helpful at all. Also to return and get refund I would have to pay postage again and lose more money. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

During checkout we give all customers the option to select substitute items on their order, if for any reason, an item they have ordered is unavailable - this option is unticked by default, so customers have to opt in. As you selected this option we provided you with a substitute item to ensure your order was dispatched and delivered on time.
