TOOK 7 DAYS TO ARRIVE, NO COMMUNICATION AS I KEPT MESSAGING ASKING WHERE MY PARCEL WAS. THEY STATE THEY HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK JUST TO GET YOUR ORDER AND THEN WHEN IT ARRIVED 7 ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK. I AM CONVINCED THEY SAY ITS IN STOCK TO GET AN ORDER. AS THE DISPOSABLE I WAS LOOKING WAS OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE. YET THEY'RE STILL SELLING IT???? ALSO THEY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS.

I waited over a week to recieve a text saying my flavour wasnt in stock and pick another then couldnt verify ownership with amazon delivery as said my details werent associated with the package, i made my order on the 8th of march and its the 17th and its only due today and still hasnt arrived yet

Made an order on the 6th of March 2023. Got a message a few days later saying its been delayed due to bad weather which is acceptable however it's now been 10 days and I still haven't received my order. I've even contacted DIY E Liquids and I haven't got a reply back as yet.. first time buyer from you guys so definitely not a good first impression. Still awaiting delivery...

First time customer and purchased the "Dr Blueberry - Blueberry" flavour. The service from the store was amazing large bottle- enough to mix the nic shot. The flavour is nothing like anything ive had blueberry before and I used to pick blueberries when I was a child. Id say more blackberry. I did contact the company but, no response so I guess they had the money so no interest.

Very poor service from DIY. I received a falcon king tank that was not as described. on the website clearly stated extra coil and glass included but wasn't. And to make matters worse the tank didn't even work, they then ignored all my emails and when I rang them they said they would get back to me straight away, they never did and now ignore my calls. I will be doing a charge back through my credit card for receiving faulty goods and they have now lost a good customer.

I ordered & paid for 2 multipacks. I received an email saying the order has been dispatched. Then 2 days later, I get a text saying that 1 of the items is not in stock, bearing in mind that a dispatched email has already been sent. Fair enough these things can happen. I respond to the text advising a replacement for the item not in stock. I then receive an email saying delivery has been delayed due to severe weather. Finally a package arrives, but it's only got 1 item rather than the 2 that I ordered & paid for. I've emailed and text customer services, but have had no response as of yet as to what's happening with the missing item or refund.

Pls Pls,take caution when ordering on this website as there are 1or2 bad reviews on each page. Customer services are non-existent and once an order is placed,you will be rolling the dice with your money. Ordered, MORPH 2 with TFV 18 TANK as advertised on the site page,got the TFV V2 TANK

I bought loads of crystal bars off them and they sent the wrong flavours. I emailed them a week ago to fix the ussue and have not received a single response from them yet, not even an apology for the mistake. It's like they think if they stay silent I will just go away and accept these product I don't want. Don't order from this company!!

Wrong pod and some incorrect flavours of vape sent. No response received to requests to return the items despite speaking to them on the phone twice and completing the contact form as requested ans being advised a response would be received in 10 minutes after my second call to them. I dont recommend them unfortunately.

Half the vapes dont work , and although the brand was geek vape , they were not like the tobbaco geek bars i usually buy , different colour and totally different taste . Wont be buying from DIY- LIQUIDS again . Very very disappointed.

10000 berry. X10 absolutely awful last a few hundred then all the taste goes. Some even burnt out straight away. Tried to contact to take the 8 left back but no reply after a few emails. Shocking and a massive waste of money.
