Been a loyal customer for years, BUT ordered some disposables 10th Feb, dispatched 11th never received the order, apparently they use a 3rd party courier who uses another 3rd party courier, I sent 5 emails, none replied to, made 11 phone calls before someone actually answered. Now getting a refund 13 days later, shocking!!

Very poor service and nobody answers the phone when there is a query, once you paid for your order that’s all DIY Liquid is interested.

Do not use this company if your order is wrong & try to phone no one answers you text them or what's app no one replies very poor customer service

Pretty disappointed as my replacement item wasn’t in package and never got a refund! Took 2 weeks to get my “next day delivery”

Upon checking your order I can see there was an in issue with the courier, although these occurrences are very rare, situations such as this can be very frustrating. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we arranged for a replacement parcel to be dispatched which arrived the next day. Do not order from this company. Spent over £700 with them with very little problems, now my last order (£107) was a joke. And to top it off, they won't respond to my emails is and don't answer the phone. Just completely ignored, yet they claim to have "Excellent customer service". Missing vapes, wrong (cheaper) vapes sent instead of what I wanted and wrong flavours. Wouldn't be so bad if they actually responded to me. Fed up of chasing them and going to trading standards

I order 6 vases and only two arrived. I assumed this was a mistake which can happen, so I emailed the company to explain what had happened and ask then to send the other 4 vapes that I had paid for, but not had a reply.

Delivery took 9days. Was unable to contact them after days of Trying my husband managed to get hold of them vape juice arrived the next day by DHL

Upon checking your order details we can see that it was initially dispatched using Amazon's courier service, however after a few days the tracking details showed no movement. On occasion where this occurs we immediately contact the courier & await their response. Once we received a response from Amazon and they indicated that your parcel had been lost, we arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent out using a different courier on a next day delivery service. Had a load of vapes delivered including the £10 ones and 2 of the £10 ones where leaking due to bad packaging ! I contacted customer service and they ask me to send them back and not heard nothing back and no sign of a refund so will be looking for someone else to supply me!

My £60 DIY E liquids order was never shipped - I then emailed and almost a month later received a response stating they would resend the order. Unfortunately my DIY E Liquids package was left in a public, unsafe area and was delivered while I was out of the country. Upon returning my package was no longer there. I have been attempting to contact DIIY E liquids for the last few weeks and have received no response regarding my refund. I would like to hear back ASAP otherwise I will be going to the ombudsman.

I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible for you. I can see that you placed the order on the 11th Jan, and then contacted us on the 27th Jan to inform us that it had not arrived. A member of our customer services team responded to this email and informed you that a replacement would be sent out, however we were not to know that you would not be in the country when the parcel was delivered a few days later. My order has not arrived. I have sent 2 emails and left messages on the number provided on the website. No contact received. Order should have reached me on the 1st, the tracking number does not work but no contact from anyone.

The day I ordered and payed I realised I got my wife's Flavourings wrong so I sent an email to hopefully change it to the right one so the order took a further 2 days to arrive which was enough time to change it had they had taken the time to read it so no I will definitely not be ordering again

Been waiting two weeks for the right juice that I ordered, first six bottles were incorrect the replacement juice is incorrect, I’ve emailed for a refund as they obviously cannot send the correct juice, I’ve been left with No juice at all as they sent menthols I’m allergic to menthols. I’ve called numerous times and emailed and there ignoring my request. Don’t waste your money using this company ( this has happened before. They substitute the juice you ordered with what they have instead of what you ordered. I will be asking my bank for a refund.

Madrid an order on 24th January. Tracking email issued on 25th Jan. One week later tracking shoe no movement. Contacted them my email. Eventually told that liquid was out of stock. My complaint being that they didn't have even inform me that there was a delay till I queried the non arrival.

I paid for the 4x3 for £10 deal for the crystal bars and your system glitched out on me. I have tried emailing you and you have not got back to me. The phone system goes straight to answerphone message. I have had no reply back and its been at least 2 weeks now. If you would like to improve your service. You need to respond to your customers.

I ordered 10 bottles and received 9 bottles, emailed to let them know, they emailed back to apologise and said they would refund the difference that was over a week ago with no more correspondence

My order of 33 elfbars never arrived (DPD messed up) and I was told that a new order would be sent out on next day delivery which also never turned up. I have contacted them 20+ times with voicemail(they don’t answer the phone) and email to try and get a tracking number or a refund and have been ignored. I was not going to write this review but it’s been a week now with no response
