Ordered 12 vozol got 9. Nowhere to ask when are the rest coming. Steer clear from these rip off merchants. I'll never use again!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! I placed a £40+ order that says it was delivered but never arrived. Tried emailing and calling their customer service team but no response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Have emailed to say that two of vapes fan out withen a day so I don’t believe they are 4000 puffs as a normal elf bar which is 600puffs normally last my husband 2 days

Ordered two weeks ago, still not recieved this order. Despite ordering from other places for xmas presents at the same time, and those arent effected by the postal strikes. I am trying to quit smoking. I do not recommemed, just because of the delivery time. I ordered from this place before the stikes, still took two weeks. Amazon or other sites deliver quicker. No way to track ya parcel either.

Ordered 19 vapes various ones. Only 16 came and 4 of the vapes leaked in the packaging (coca cola x2 fizzy x2) and vapes didn't last long (puff count) will not be ordering again....

Items never arrived and no updates on the actual delivery tracking. This is the second time I've had this issue from this website, first time the l delivery driver just stick it in my outside bin without putting any note through the door and of course the delivery tracking was never updated so I had no idea. When I contacted DIY about this I got a snotty reply about the delivery tracking on their side saying it was delivered with a picture of the parcel in my outdoor bin and absolutely no comment on the fact that there had been no communication about it being left there, let alone the fact that the driver never even knocked on my door as I work from home. This time I have checked the outdoor bins and nothing, still no update on the actual delivery tracking, and I know no one has even attempted delivery at my door as I have a Ring video doorbell. I can't even be bothered to get my money back because the customer service I got last time was rude and just wanted to put the blame on me rather than accept the disgusting service of their delivery drivers. Will never be using again

Been waiting since november 22 for my order to arrive 1st order i put in over 25 pounds have sent loads emails company blanking me not good sign got wait 15 days fir my bank to recover money back have ask for it but they dont reply on this note i wont order again there cheap cos you dont get what you ordered stear clear if i was you

In My most recent experience, I had 3 ELUX KOKO vapes delivered that should give you 600 puffs. 2 of these vapes were faulty, and both run out in less than half a day after getting a few very light draws with very little vapour coming out of them. I'm not blaming DIY e-Liquids for this, but rather the supplier. I will definitely still use this service, but will 100% steer clear of this specific vape.

Placed an order on the 7th November. Still hasn’t arrived and it’s the 15th now. Disappointed as I have ordered loads of times before. Keep messaging but nothing happening.
