I bought 4 vapes thinking I was getting a good deal at £11 each with free postage for Elux 3500. However, 3 out the 4 were fakes and lasted not even 2 days before they either died or the taste became unbearable. I compared to other Elux 3500 and you can see the difference in appearance. Very disappointed

I orders two 3500 puff disposable vapes which inly lasted 1 day on both and when I emailed for either a refund or replacements I got told I needed to send them back and wait to see why this happened and still waiting for an email with a postal stamp, no impressed at all think I will shop else where

The first order I made was wrong to which they sent me replacements which was ok. The second order I made only half the order turned up and one vape was unboxed and not working, I emailed to complain and was told that some of the items were out of stock to which I asked for a refund by this point and 6 days later I’m still waiting for a response so won’t be using again!

Disgusting firm never received my vapes after numerous emails to them not a reply I will never use them again absolutely rubbish I am sick of trying to get hold of them my is in the hand of the bank now now.im sort him out

I ordered before 2 pm and paid for the next day's service. Nothing arrived so after 3 days I email the company with not a great reply other than we will re-inburst your postage. After Day 5 i call up e liquids and get a slow painful hello. I reply and ask who this is with a what??? I finally get its DIY E Liquids. I explain the situation and I am told they will contact the courier and get back to me. I decide to call the next day and go through the same painful phone other then I will send your order again. A really poor and disappointing service despite a good product line.

Misleading item names but returns policy means I'd lose half of what I paid to return them. Very disappointed would not use again!

I ordered four vapes, next day delivery from this shop. My parcel arrived four days late, and missing two vapes. I never heard back from customer service about the missing vapes. I won’t be shopping here again, and I would strongly advise if you are thinking of doing - to try somewhere else.

Hello Sarah, We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We can see that your order was placed over the weekend on the 11th of June. All orders that are placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day, in this case, the 13th of June. Your order arrived by 15th June, so on this occasion, we have to disagree with your claim the order arrived 4 days late. 1st order said delivered 3 weeks before it was shipped, 2nd order took 11 days to arrive!

Ordered flavours, not arrived after a week. Emailed, got no reply so called and had either not been sent or lost in post. Second time order has only been half fulfilled, emailed support and no reply again. Been over two weeks now on 2-3 day delivery. This has also happened before with a previous order so I will think again before I buy from here. Shame as some of the concentrations are very nice.
