took way to long to deliver and when it delivered when i used it all of the liquid poured into my mouth on both vapes and left my mouth burning this happened more than once and due to the liquid all leaking it has finished very quickly i would like either a refund or a replace as this is ridiculous

Order my eliquids 2 weeks ago and still haven't received any items placed another order on Friday and still haven't been updated on them either. 30 pound down and not answering to my emails pathetic

Ordered the 10 100ml for £28 which is a great deal but as they say if it's too good to be true it normally is all flavours are very weak and at least 4 out the 10 just tasted the same won't be bothering again I'll stick to 2 bottles for £25 from my local vape shop ends up expensive over the month but at least it's enjoyable another old saying ya get what ya pay for .

Qfter 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my delivery. I would rather pay more and get a good delivery service (so, not Hermes) than having to wait so long again...

Hi Ludovic, We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive, upon checking the tracking details we can see the courier had issues delivering the parcel, however we fully accept responsibilty on this occasion even though it was a postage error by hermes. As of this moment, we have issued you a full refund and we are in the process of updating our postage options to ensure this does not arise again. This replacement order was sent with the following Hermes tracking number H001EA0033077217 using a next day delivery service. The tracking details shows that this was delivered to you. Everything came promptly. As always good quality but I was charged twice. I emailed customer service but was ignored so unfortunately will not be purchasing from the website again as I was charged £56 for £28 of products

Ordered mod but got a pod mod instead so wasn't impressed the mystery boxes seem to have what is deemed acceptable, but when I order a mod mystery box I expect it to contain a mod and seperate tank.

Placed order 15/1 got email 18/1 saying order dispatched now 25/1 still have not received order. Royal mail has 2 day turn around on 1st class post so it's not them. Your service is terrible.

Placed an order on 17th Dec, paid for 48hr delivery, no delivery, no communication until I chased it up on 4th Jan, and was given a refund, no explanation why or where my order was. Not impressed with your customer service. Will not use again.
