Normally I don’t have a problem with them but payed for 24 hour delivery and it came 2 days later and the vapes are only lasting 24 hours and then just dying also had 2 that leaked and still waiting for my 24 hour refund

Ordered 7 vapes only 6 worked and trying to get them on their contact number is impossible even when you leave voicemails very bad service

I have ordered a few times from DIY E Liquids now, spending £30-£40 each time… Last order I had 3 vapes turn up two of which were leaking excessively & the third didn’t even work! Which is fine- it happens! however getting them replaced/refunded has been awful… I have emailed twice now & not one reply. Still waiting!!! Please sort this ASAP and I will return as a customer as I appreciate this can happen from time to time but it’s the customer service that needs to improve & puts me off ordering again!

Really poor experience, made an order and to be fair, was shipped and delivered quickly. However an item was missing. Upon emailing about this discrepancy I was asked to take a picture of the order and send it to them so they can sort it out for me, I have had no reply, I called up a few times and no answer, then they answered and told me they were short staffed and were going through there emails now and would get on the case and help me, again fair enough, but this was over a week ago now. Have tried to call their customer services multiple times since then and the phone doesn’t even ring through anymore. Really would not recommend especially as they have “excellent customer service” as a headline on the main page of their website which just isn’t true, Hopefully they see this and send out the missing items I have paid for.

Bought two gorilla vapes, first leaked from the charging point and the other the rubber plug didn’t all come out and never worked either 24 pound wasted, tried emailing for a replacement but still no reply and that was a week ago

Not happy at all to be honest!! Ordered strawberry milkshake x6 and got sent strawberry ice. You can’t just send what you think as you have no strawberry milkshake in stock!! I will be asking my bank for a refund as you have not sent me the order that I placed!!

Product broke within 2 days of purchase and to date currently had no response from DIY eliquids. Very poor customer service and have had to reach out to GeekVape directly. So disappointing!!!

Unfortunately the customer service is very bad , I had bad experience with them , I’ve ordered and got my delivery with broken vape , tried to email them but said you need to send it to just investigate about it without solving the problem yet .
